Here are some quick IMPORTANT updates:
ACCREDITATION FOR RIO+20:
ACCREDITATION DEADLINE:
The deadline (hard) is 20th May 2012. PCI is one of the organisations that are giving accreditation for youth…email them by tomorrow (see email Nicolo circulated).
Ad Hoc Organisations:
For organizations requesting new accreditation for Rio+20: Decision by General Assembly postponed to 16 May 2012. This means that as the deadline for accreditation of the 20th May 2012 hasn’t been currently extended that you should try to find an ECOSOC accredited NGO or have all your documentation ready incase you are accepted as an ad hoc organisation.
Please note that I cannot help you with your accreditation so please do not write to me.

Youth Blast — Conference of Youth
International Days (10-12 June)
The deadline to submit a programme idea for the Youth Blast is the 20th May 2012. You can submit an idea here: http://bit.ly/InternationalprogrammeYouthBlast

The Youth Blast (aka conference of youth) is the SAME event as the email that JP circulated. UNEP are just funding some of their TUNZA Youth Advisory Council members to attend.
Please note that registration for the Youth Blast only means you can attend it. We do not provide any financial or logistical support (its organised by youth for youth…).

Brazilian Days (7-8 June)
The national youth conference just before the international one is only for Brazilian youth or those fluent in Portuguese. There will not be any translation available and the programme will be focused on Brazilian youth as the audience.
